Solid Surface

Solid surface is just one of the choices for restaurants, hotels, banks, hospitals, homes and many other commercial buildings. Solid surface is purchased in sheets of ½" thick with solid colors and patterns through the entire sheet, this prevents fading of colors. Solid surface is installed with an inconspicuous seam, which requires no grouting or caulking; therefore, bacteria has no place to hide or grow. Lutz Woodworks is a certified master fabricator/installer for Avonite products, this certification allows Avonite to warrant solid surface for 10 years under certain regulations. Lutz Woodworks is a Smart Source Fabricator for Wilsonart Gibraltar solid surface. Lutz Woodworks also can fabricate and install Nevamar Fountainhead, Formica Surell, Pionite Solid Surface, and Hi-Macs. Please view the following pictures to experience the beauty of solid surface. The picture below is one of the many Jack in the Box projects we have fabricated and installed. The service counter and the white wall panel are built of Avonite solid surface. Using solid surface allows scratches to be buffed out.
